Goal: An intuitive single-page checkout process will lay the foundation for reducing the number of touch points requiring human intervention between AT&T and its customers, thereby lowering costs and improving the customer experience. Ultimately, the redesigned checkout process will drive revenues and improve customer satisfaction ratings while lowering the total cost of sales.
Contributions: I inherited this design from a coworker and from then on I was the only UX designer on this project. I continued to build off her designs and work with the business team to understand limitations, edit/create new designs, and annotate them for development.
