Ericsson is a global leader in delivering ICT solutions. Their services, software and infrastructure - especially in mobility, broadband and the cloud - are enabling the communications industry and other sectors to do better business, increase efficiency, improve user experience and capture new opportunities.
Problem: We started working with Ericsson to help them make a more usable Quality of Experience (QOE) product. This offering uses big data to give operators real-time, unique insights into the root cause of a subscriber's problem. After giving operators a better understanding of a subscriber's Quality of Experience, we also wanted to give those subscribers a voice.
Solution: In a series of widgets, an operator could better understand what people are saying and see if it matched or contributed to the root cause of a problem.
My Contributions: Designs that showcase the Voice of the Customer, storyboards, scripts, and assisting with wireframes on the main QOE dashboard.
