Virtual Marketplace
Goal: Create a virtual marketplace that delivers a user experience which integrates both internal and external service providers for potential business customers who wish to purchase Virtual Services.
Contributions: I was the only UX designer on this project. I researched online marketplaces such as Google Play, iTunes, etc. to find different layouts and patterns as well as the products we would be selling so that I understood how the design should scale. I created a customer journey map and wireframes using established patterns. A difficult challenge was presented in the pricing cards as I had to figure out how to have a consistent designs with completely different pricing structures for each item. This was a true test in scale.
Customer Journey
Potential business customers can view products/services in the marketplace and dive into product detail pages where they can view more information on a specific product. From there, they can view that product's ratings and reviews, and either call AT&T to buy the product or provide their information so that AT&T can call the customer.
