Volcano

VOLCANO Fine Electronic Cigarettes® is a manufacturer and retailer of electronic cigarettes and vaping accessories and is headquartered in the beautiful state of Hawaii. My first day at MVNP I got to work re-designing their mobile and web experience to help reach more customers.

Problem: Volcano was releasing new products and a new design for their e-liquids, so they wanted a mobile + website re-design to go with it.

Solution: I created a responsive design with better hierarchy and a simplified the navigation.

Analysis: I spent time thoroughly researching the site and understanding where improvements could be made. I documented my initial thoughts so I could revisit them as I explored new options.

End Result: I created and presented an Invision prototype that helped our client understand where the design was heading and worked with our visual designer to complete the project. VOLCANO had an in-house development team, so we were unable to influence it any further after the designs left our hands.
